Leslie Creel
Yoga InstructorLeslie earned her 200-hour RYT certification and Chair Yoga certification through Online Yoga School. She also completed advanced flexibility and mobility studies through the Science of Stretching program by Yogabody Teachers College.
Angie Portal
Hatha Yoga TeacherAngie holds a 500-hour certification in Hatha Yoga, pranayama, and meditation from AyurYoga Eco-Ashram in Karnataka, India, bringing a deeply traditional and mindful approach to every class.
Tracy Miller
Certified Yoga InstructorTracy completed her 200-hour certification through Inbody Yoga Academy in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is passionate about helping students build strength, confidence, and balance.
Mindy Watson
Yoga TeacherMindy received her 200-hour certification under Meg McCraken at Wanderlust Studio in Squaw Valley and enjoys creating welcoming, uplifting yoga experiences for all levels.
Stephanie Davis
Advanced Yoga InstructorStephanie completed her 200-hour training at The Yoga and Ayurveda Center and later earned her 500-hour certification through Brett Larkin’s Uplifted Yoga Teacher Training program.
Yesenia Haggard
500-Hour Certified TeacherYesenia specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Hot Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and more. She earned her experienced teacher certification and 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2019.
Amanda Balles
Heated Power Yoga InstructorAmanda received her Heated Power Yoga certification through Salt Lake City Power Yoga and brings energetic, motivating, and empowering classes to the studio.
